Just follow this recipe, so far it never failed me for satisfying my customer. Its quiet simple and easy to follow.

Measurement Tips

Dear Nor'aini,

Creamwell is a type of fat that is used to make buttercream. It look almost look like shortening but its a bit yellowish and taste better than shortening. When you add sugar n flavour ,it super yummy!!

You can get them at the bakery supply shop. If in the supermarket, it rarely available even in KL.
Just try, You will like it :) enjoy!!!

We can use any flavoring?

Dear Anonymous,

Yes, you can use any flavouring to suit your cupcake.

For example. For Choc Cupcake you can add cocoa powder to give the choclaty taste to your buttercream to compliment your cupcake.

Or if you making strawberry cupcake, you can add some vanilla. if you like vanilla on your strawberry cupcake or add stawberry flavour or strawberry sauce to enhance the flavour of strawberry cupcake.

I hope the tutorial will help.Cheers :)
